We’re located just minutes from the historic market town of Beverley, making Barmston Farm a true walker’s paradise with scenic routes and peaceful surroundings.

Now under new ownership, we’re excited to be renovating and enhancing our park. From 15th August 2025, we offer three beautifully appointed cottages — Dairy Cottage (wheelchair accessible and dog friendly), and Fox & Otter Cottages. All are beautifully appointed and provide everything you need for a relaxing self-catering holiday.

All guests enjoy full access to our fishing lake, plus thoughtful extras like BBQ facilities, private fenced dining areas, and optional extras such as bike hire and locally curated food and drink hampers. From the moment you arrive, you can simply unwind and enjoy everything our beautiful corner of Yorkshire has to offer.
